These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Inforno Travel website, Passport Planner, The Passport Journal, travel inquiry tools, and other online features provided by Inforno Travel LLC (“Inforno Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The Inforno Travel website is designed to help travelers:

• discover travel possibilities
• learn about Inforno Travel services
• explore destinations and travel styles
• obtain travel inspiration
• submit trip-planning inquiries
• use Passport Planner
• access The Passport Journal
• communicate with our Travel Experience Specialists

The website itself is not a self-service travel booking engine.

Browsing the website, using Passport Planner, or submitting a Start Your Journey form does not purchase travel, reserve space, create a confirmed reservation, or guarantee availability or pricing.

When you submit an inquiry, you are asking Inforno Travel to contact you about potential travel-planning services.

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Travel arrangements become confirmed only after the applicable booking process has been completed, which may include:

• accepting a written proposal or itinerary
• agreeing to applicable Inforno Travel and/or supplier terms
• providing required traveler information
• paying a required deposit or other amount
• receiving confirmation from Inforno Travel or the applicable supplier

Specific requirements may vary by trip and supplier.

Travel prices, schedules, accommodations, transportation, promotions, amenities, and availability can change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a confirmed booking, information provided during the planning process is subject to availability and applicable supplier terms.

A proposal, estimate, itinerary suggestion, Passport Planner result, website description, or conversation does not by itself guarantee a price, room, cabin, flight, departure, promotion, or other travel service.

Travel services may ultimately be provided by independent third parties such as:

• airlines
• cruise lines
• hotels and resorts
• tour operators
• transportation companies
• excursion providers
• insurance companies
• destination-management companies
• payment or reservation platforms
• other travel suppliers

Inforno Travel does not own or operate those independent suppliers.

Supplier services are subject to their own contracts, policies, cancellation provisions, schedules, safety requirements, and terms.

When you choose to book travel, applicable supplier terms and any separate Inforno Travel booking or service terms will become part of the travel relationship.

Submitting a public website inquiry does not result in a payment or confirmed booking.

When a particular trip proceeds to booking, payment may be processed through Inforno Travel, a travel supplier, or an authorized third-party payment or booking platform, depending on the arrangement.

Deposit requirements, final-payment deadlines, cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, change fees, chargeback procedures, and other financial terms may differ substantially by supplier and trip.

Those terms will be communicated through the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, supplier terms, or separate travel agreement.

Do not assume a payment is refundable unless the applicable booking terms expressly say so.

Passport Planner provides AI-powered trip inspiration.

Its output is intended to help you organize ideas and start a conversation with Inforno Travel.

Passport Planner does not:

• confirm live prices
• guarantee availability
• reserve travel
• provide binding quotes
• process payments
• replace official destination or government information
• replace personalized review by an Inforno Travel Experience Specialist

Artificial-intelligence systems can sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

Verify important travel information before relying on it.

Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, credit-card information, banking information, passport numbers, or other highly sensitive information into Passport Planner.

The Passport Journal provides travel information, stories, inspiration, educational content, guides, commentary, podcast material, and related content.

Journal content is provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.

Travel conditions, rules, supplier policies, destination requirements, prices, schedules, and availability can change after content is published.

Journal content should not be interpreted as a guaranteed offer, confirmed travel arrangement, or substitute for current information from an applicable supplier or government authority.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with requirements applicable to their trip.

Depending on the destination and circumstances, these may include:

• valid passports
• visas
• entry or exit requirements
• identification
• health or vaccination requirements
• customs or immigration rules
• airline or cruise requirements
• travel documents
• deadlines
• applicable laws and regulations

Inforno Travel may provide general guidance, but travelers remain responsible for ensuring they meet applicable requirements.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting or arranging travel.

Travel reservations can depend on exact legal names, dates of birth, identification information, traveler details, and other information.

You are responsible for reviewing booking documents and promptly notifying Inforno Travel if information appears incorrect.

When you submit a travel inquiry, you authorize Inforno Travel to contact you regarding that request using the contact information you provide.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional marketing.

If you separately elect to receive promotional or Journal communications, you may manage those communications through the unsubscribe or preference options provided.

The website may include links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Inforno Travel does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

Your use of a third-party website is governed by that provider’s policies.

Unless otherwise stated, the Inforno Travel website and its original branding, graphics, design, text, content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Inforno Travel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share publicly available Passport Journal content for personal, noncommercial purposes using available sharing tools.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically copy, or commercially exploit Inforno Travel content without authorization.

You may not use the website to:

• interfere with website security or operation
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, administrative tools, databases, or systems
• introduce malicious software
• scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means
• impersonate another person
• submit fraudulent inquiries
• use Passport Planner for unlawful or abusive purposes

Material changes affecting an existing confirmed travel booking will not retroactively replace binding trip-specific terms unless permitted by those terms and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning use of this website will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction, subject to any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.
