Inforno Travel LLC (“Inforno Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and believes travel planning should feel personal, convenient, and secure.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use Passport Planner, submit a travel inquiry, read The Passport Journal, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our online services.
1. Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or plan travel with us, including:
- name
- email address
- telephone number
- preferred method of contact
- destination or places you are considering
- departure city
- preferred travel dates
- number of travelers
- type or purpose of trip
- estimated budget range
- travel interests and preferences
- group-travel information
- information entered into Passport Planner
- messages, questions, or other information included in an inquiry
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, banking information, credit-card numbers, passport numbers, or other highly sensitive information through our general inquiry forms or Passport Planner.
If information such as passport details or payment information is later required to complete travel arrangements, we will direct you to the appropriate secure process.
2. How Inquiry Information Is Handled
When you submit a Start Your Journey inquiry, the information you provide may be stored in our website’s business systems and transmitted to authorized Inforno Travel personnel so that we can review and respond to your request.
Submitting an inquiry does not mean that travel has been booked, reserved, or purchased.
It also does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing communications.
We may contact you using the information you provide for purposes related to your inquiry, travel planning, customer service, or requested services.
3. Passport Planner and Artificial Intelligence
Passport Planner is an AI-powered trip-inspiration feature designed to help you organize your ideas and explore possible travel directions before speaking with an Inforno Travel Experience Specialist.
Information you enter into Passport Planner may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence and technology service providers as necessary to generate the requested experience and operate the service.
Passport Planner:
- provides inspiration rather than confirmed travel recommendations
- does not provide live pricing unless expressly stated
- does not confirm availability
- does not make reservations
- does not process payments
- does not replace personalized assistance from an Inforno Travel Experience Specialist
AI-generated information can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Important travel information should be confirmed through Inforno Travel and, where appropriate, the applicable travel supplier or official source before you rely on it.
Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, identification, or authentication information into Passport Planner.
If you choose “Send My Trip Ideas to Inforno,” information from your Passport Planner session may be transferred into your travel inquiry so you do not have to enter the same information again.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website, our hosting, security, and technology systems may automatically receive limited technical information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- browser and device type
- operating system
- referring pages
- pages visited
- date and time information
- diagnostic, performance, and security logs
We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when necessary to operate website features, remember appropriate preferences, maintain security, and improve site performance.
If we later introduce optional analytics, advertising, or other technologies that require additional notice or consent, we will update our practices and provide any choices required by applicable law.
5. How We Use Information

We do not use Passport Planner as an automated system for making final booking decisions about travelers.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information when reasonably necessary for our business and travel-planning activities, including with:
Technology and Service Providers
Companies that support website hosting, databases, email delivery, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, technical maintenance, communications, or related business functions.
Travel Suppliers and Partners
If you ask us to assist with travel arrangements, relevant information may be shared with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, insurers, destination-service providers, or other suppliers as necessary to research, arrange, or service your travel.
Payment and Booking Providers
If payment or booking functionality is offered through a third-party platform or supplier, that provider may collect payment or booking information directly under its own terms and privacy practices.
Inforno Travel may receive transaction, reservation, or traveler information necessary to service the arrangement.
Legal, Safety, or Business Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, respond to lawful requests, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction.
Inforno Travel does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
7. Future Payments and Booking Services
The current public website is primarily designed for travel discovery, planning, inquiries, and customer communication.
If Inforno Travel introduces or connects payment, booking, traveler-portal, or account functionality in the future, additional terms, supplier requirements, payment-provider policies, or privacy disclosures may apply.
Where payment information is collected directly by a payment processor or travel supplier, that provider’s privacy and security practices will govern its handling of that information.
8. The Passport Journal
The Passport Journal may contain travel stories, destination inspiration, guides, travel tips, podcast content, trip recaps, and educational information.
When you read or share Journal content, ordinary website technical information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
If we later offer a Journal newsletter or other marketing subscription, enrollment will be handled separately from ordinary travel inquiries and will include appropriate choices for managing promotional communications.
9. External Links
Our website and Journal may link to websites operated by travel suppliers, destinations, social networks, podcast platforms, payment providers, or other third parties.
We do not control the privacy practices of those third parties.
Once you leave the Inforno Travel website, the third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including customer service, travel planning, business records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, security, and legitimate business operations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the nature of our relationship with you.
We seek to avoid retaining information that is no longer reasonably necessary.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in our possession.
No website, database, email system, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should use care when deciding what information to send electronically.
12. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses or disclosures.
You may contact us to make a privacy request.
We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
For privacy questions or requests: info@infornotravel.com
13. Children
The Inforno Travel website and Passport Planner are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through these services.
A parent, guardian, or authorized adult planning family travel may provide information concerning children when reasonably necessary for travel planning.
More sensitive traveler information, if required for an actual booking, should be provided only through an appropriate secure process.
14. Visitors Outside the United States
Inforno Travel operates from the United States.
If you access our services from another country and provide information to us, that information may be processed and stored in the United States or through service providers operating in other jurisdictions.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, suppliers, or legal obligations change.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
