Plans sometimes change — here is exactly how cancellations work for The Passport Experience™: Thailand 2027. Your $299-per-person deposit is non-refundable — but it is not lost: it is retained as a travel credit in your name.

Your Travel Credit
Your eligible travel credit is valid for 24 months from the original departure date and may be applied toward a future Passport Experience™ offered by Inforno Travel, subject to the applicable terms. It may also be transferred once to another named traveler on your written instruction. When your cancellation is processed, written confirmation of the credit, its value and its expiry date is issued to you and Inforno Travel.
Optional group flight: before tickets are issued, the schedule above applies to the flight add-on. Once tickets are issued, the airline's own restrictions apply and the fare is generally non-recoverable.

Travel Protection
- Travel protection is not included in your trip price and is strongly recommended.
- Coverage is offered during the booking process through Trawick International.
- Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, pre-existing-condition provisions, pricing and any Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option depend on the specific insurer-approved plan — please review the actual plan documents when booking.
- Some benefits, including Cancel For Any Reason where available, are time-sensitive and may require purchase shortly after your initial deposit.
- Travelers who initially decline coverage may still be able to purchase certain coverage later through their booking account, subject to the applicable policy terms and deadlines.
- Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement — benefits and outcomes depend on the selected policy, the covered reason, exclusions and the insurer's claims process. Travel protection is not a refund program.
Plan selection, premium calculation, policy documents and purchase are completed securely within the official booking system.

- Inforno Travel and our destination partner are not immigration authorities. Inforno Travel will provide updated Thailand entry guidance prior to departure.

Phuket's luxury floating beach club. Ocean views, dining, pool, daybeds & parties at sea — a multi-level venue anchored off the Phuket coast with a 22-metre infinity pool and an afternoon-into-evening session as the sun sets over the Andaman Sea.

Flights
Before You Book Your Flight
International airfare is not included. A coordinated Bangkok-to-Phuket group flight is available as an optional $150-per-person add-on, including 20 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage, with an additional 10 kg available for $40. Travelers who do not purchase the group-flight option should wait for Inforno Travel's official flight guidance before arranging their own Bangkok-to-Phuket flight.
Guests must arrive in Bangkok (BKK) in time for the start of the program on June 19, 2027, and the trip concludes in Phuket (HKT) on June 26, 2027.
